The Buteyko method is a form of retraining your breathing to breathing day and night through the nose so that you can enjoy optimum health. It is also about reducing the amount of air you breathe in, beause it is said that we breathe too much. Nose breathing can alo be a preventative measure for future illness and as a way of managing current illness.

I am a qualified Buteyko practitioner having trained with Patrick McKeown.
These are 5 week courses, approx. 1 hour per week either in the comfort of your home (if you live within a 20 mile radius of Totnes, Devon) or over zoom.
We will be looking specifically at the way you breatheand changing breathing patterns to facilitate much better health.
These sessions are for children (age 4yrs+) through to adults.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. The adult will be expected to do help the child throughout the week for short bursts of time. I am DBS checked.
